This event featured some of the most beautiful and affordable new homes in locations all over Jackson County.  Over a two-day period, this event offered prospective home buyers within Gwinnett, Barrow and Jackson Counties the freedom to visit as many homes as they like, as often as they like.

The event was promoted daily throughout the months of April and May will full page/full color ads in the Gwinnett Daily Post.  A special tabloid was published in the Gwinnett Daily Post and in The Jackson Herald.  With a combined circulation of over 113,000 this section will highlight the featured homes on parade with pictures, floor plans, pricing, builder info and agent/contact information.  Each home was mapped, indexed and in order by price range.  Outstanding prize give-a-ways helped to drive potential homebuyers to each home on the parade to register to win while they explore designs and floor plans of every kind.
